Shivam P Trivedi is a heritage consultant based in Chhattisgarh. His expertise include heritage research and mapping for both tangible and intangible heritage. He has worked with the Government of Chhattisgarh as heritage consultant for UNESCO World Heritage nomination of Sirpur, an archaeological site. Other notable works include heritage tourism development with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board. On the technical ground, he is a geospatial analyst with expertise in GIS and Remote Sensing technologies, providing services to various government and private institutions. His immense love towards his state, Chhattisgarh, has resulted in written and audio-visual documentation of history, culture, architecture, art-craft, tourism, and social changemakers of the state in a tehsil-wise manner, which has proven to be a milestone in the state’s in-depth documentation. Shivam also organize heritage walks and heritage tours across the state to promote the history, heritage, and culture of the Chhattisgarh. He is also involved with district administrations and municipal corporations in the state for developing heritage policies and heritage mapping.
